About
The Cerebral Palsied Association of the Philippines Inc. (CPAP), was formed by RODRIGO “PEEWEE” KAPUNAN, a cerebral palsy spastic quadriplegia.
Mission
The Cerebral Palsied Association of the Philippines, Inc. (CPAP) is a non-stock, non-profit organization was registered with the Security and Exchange Commission on September 22, 1993 by fifteen (15) founding members with cerebral palsy.
